Frequently Asked Questions

Can bookkeeping be handled remotely?+

Which accounting software can be used?+
The software should be agreed during onboarding. Support may be provided for commonly used desktop or cloud accounting systems, subject to access and compatibility.
Will you correct old accounts?+
Historical clean-up can be completed after a separate diagnostic review. It should be quoted independently from normal monthly bookkeeping.
Does bookkeeping include GST returns?+
Not automatically. GST return filing should be selected separately or expressly included in the package.
How frequently should documents be shared?+
Weekly or monthly submission can be agreed. High-volume businesses generally benefit from more frequent data sharing.
