LLP Registration

A Limited Liability Partnership is a body corporate registered under the LLP Act, 2008 with a legal identity separate from its partners. The LLP can own assets, enter contracts, hire employees and operate bank accounts in its own name. Partner rights, duties, contribution and profit sharing are governed by the LLP Agreement. An LLP must have at least two partners and at least two designated partners who are individuals.

Who Should Choose This Structure

  • Professional service businesses
  • Agencies and technology service firms
